Malzemenin kimyasal bile\u015fimi tipik olarak %24\u201327 krom (Cr), %4\u20136 nikel (Ni), %2\u20133.5 molibden (Mo), %1.5\u20132.5 bak\u0131r (Cu), %0.1\u20130.3 azot (N) i\u00e7erir ve ayn\u0131 zamanda az miktarda tungsten (W) ve mangan (Mn) gibi katk\u0131 elementleri de i\u00e7erebilir. Bu bile\u015fim, ferrit ve \u00f6stenit fazlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k e\u015fit oranlarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 dubleks bir mikro yap\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu mikro yap\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fchendislik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131, hem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defencemetal.com\/index.php\/ostenitik-celikler\/\">\u00f6stenitik paslanmazlara<\/a> benzer s\u00fcneklik ve tokluk hem de <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ferrit\">ferritik<\/a> paslanmazlara \u00f6zg\u00fc y\u00fcksek akma dayan\u0131m\u0131 sunabilmesidir. AISI F255 ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131 tipik olarak minimum 620 MPa akma dayan\u0131m\u0131na ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 860 MPa \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131na sahiptir. Bu nedenle tuzlu su, asidik \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler ve kimyasal proses ak\u0131\u015fkanlar\u0131 gibi zorlu ortamlar i\u00e7in uygundur.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>AISIF255 Standartlar\u0131<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">AISIF255 ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli uluslararas\u0131 standartlarla uyumlu \u015fekilde \u00fcretilmektedir.
