Bu \u00f6zellik, onu \u201cya\u015fland\u0131rma ile sertle\u015fen paslanmaz \u00e7elikler\u201d aras\u0131nda en pop\u00fcler tercihlerden biri yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>17-4 Ph Kimyasal Yap\u0131s\u0131 ve Mikroyap\u0131 \u00d6zellikleri<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">17-4 PH ad\u0131, ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %17 krom ve %4 nikel i\u00e7erdi\u011fini ifade eder. Niyobyum ise karbonla karb\u00fcr olu\u015fturarak tane s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda stabilite sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c7\u00f6zme tavlamas\u0131 sonras\u0131 ala\u015f\u0131m \u00f6stenitik yap\u0131dad\u0131r. H\u0131zl\u0131 so\u011futma ile martensitik yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ya\u015fland\u0131rma i\u015flemleri H900, H1025, H1075, H1100 ve H1150 gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem derecelerinde uygulan\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle H900 ya\u015fland\u0131rmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 1300 MPa \u00fczeri \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 44 HRC sertlik elde edilebilir. Bu sertle\u015fme mekanizmas\u0131, mikro yap\u0131da Cu-rik \u00e7\u00f6keltilerin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>17-4Ph \u0130\u00e7in Standardizasyon ve Kalite Kontrol<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">17-4 PH, uluslararas\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u00e7e\u015fitli standartlarla reg\u00fcle edilmektedir. En \u00f6nemli standartlar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>ASTM A564 \/ A564M<\/b><\/span>: \u00c7ubuk, levha ve d\u00f6vme \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>AMS 5643<\/b><\/span>: Havac\u0131l\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan \u00e7ubuk ve tel \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>AMS 5604<\/b><\/span>: Plaka ve levha \u00fcr\u00fcnleri.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>UNS S17400<\/b><\/span>: Ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131n genel kimyasal tan\u0131mlamas\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu standartlar alt\u0131nda \u00fcretilen 17-4 PH \u00e7elikler, tahribats\u0131z muayene, tane boyutu kontrol\u00fc, \u00e7ekme testi ve ya\u015fland\u0131rma sonras\u0131 mikroyap\u0131 do\u011frulamas\u0131 gibi kalite kontrol s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7er. Vakum ergitme (VAR) veya elektro c\u00fcruf yeniden ergitme (ESR) gibi \u00f6zel \u00fcretim teknikleri, y\u00fcksek safl\u0131k ve inkl\u00fczyon kontrol\u00fc gereken uygulamalar i\u00e7in tercih edilir.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>17-4 Ph Ticari isimleri ve Tedarik Zinciri<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu ala\u015f\u0131m piyasada \u00e7ok say\u0131da ticari isimle yer al\u0131r: <span class=\"s2\"><b>17-4PH\u00ae, UNS S17400, Type 630, Alloy 630<\/b><\/span>, ve <span class=\"s2\"><b>DIN 1.4542<\/b><\/span> en yayg\u0131n olanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Avrupa standard\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 X5CrNiCuNb16-4 olarak ge\u00e7er. Ala\u015f\u0131m, levha, \u00e7ubuk, d\u00f6vme, tel, boru ve ba\u011flant\u0131 eleman\u0131 \u015feklinde tedarik edilebilir.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>17-4 Ph Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131 ve M\u00fchendislik Uygulamalar\u0131<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">17-4 PH paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fi, mekanik dayan\u0131m\u0131n yan\u0131nda korozyon direnci de gereken ortamlarda tercih edilir. Ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131n en \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131, sertle\u015febilen martensitik yap\u0131s\u0131na ra\u011fmen kaynaklanabilir olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki sekt\u00f6rlerde yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 bulur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Havac\u0131l\u0131k<\/b><\/span>: U\u00e7ak ini\u015f tak\u0131m\u0131 bile\u015fenleri, ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, motor par\u00e7alar\u0131, ini\u015f di\u015flisi pivotlar\u0131.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Savunma<\/b><\/span>: F\u00fcze k\u0131lavuz raylar\u0131, top kule ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131, tank par\u00e7alar\u0131.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Enerji<\/b><\/span>: T\u00fcrbin \u015faftlar\u0131, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 vana bile\u015fenleri, buhar hatt\u0131 braketleri.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Petrokimya<\/b><\/span>: Pompa milleri, vana g\u00f6vdeleri, flan\u015f sistemleri.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>T\u0131p ve g\u0131da<\/b><\/span>: Otoklav bile\u015fenleri, sterilizasyon sistem par\u00e7alar\u0131.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tak\u0131m tezgahlar\u0131<\/b><\/span>: Kal\u0131p pimleri, pres plakalar\u0131, y\u00fcksek darbe dayan\u0131m\u0131 gereken kal\u0131p bile\u015fenleri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu uygulamalar\u0131n ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi, y\u00fcksek mekanik y\u00fck alt\u0131nda, de\u011fi\u015fken \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan par\u00e7alara ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131d\u0131r. 17-4 PH, bu anlamda hem malzeme g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi hem de i\u015flenebilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan optimal bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunar.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>\u0130\u015flenebilirlik ve \u00dcretim S\u00fcre\u00e7leri<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Bu ala\u015f\u0131m, \u00f6stenitik paslanmazlara g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek sertlik g\u00f6sterse de \u00e7\u00f6zme tavlamas\u0131 sonras\u0131 i\u015flenebilirli\u011fi iyidir. Genellikle i\u015fleme i\u015flemleri \u00e7\u00f6zme tavlamas\u0131 (annealed) durumunda yap\u0131l\u0131r ve ard\u0131ndan istenen ya\u015fland\u0131rma (H900, H1025 vb.) uygulan\u0131r. Tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 17-4 PH, \u00f6stenitik 304 veya 316\u2019ya g\u00f6re daha zor i\u015flenebilir olsa da martensitik karakterine k\u0131yasla olduk\u00e7a uygun kesme davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Ya\u015fland\u0131rma sonras\u0131 sertlik artt\u0131k\u00e7a i\u015fleme zorlu\u011fu da artar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Kaynaklanabilirlik y\u00f6n\u00fcnden en iyi sonu\u00e7lar \u00e7\u00f6zme tavlamas\u0131 durumunda al\u0131n\u0131r. Kaynak b\u00f6lgesinde mikroyap\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri dikkatle izlenmelidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem sonras\u0131 olu\u015fabilecek \u00e7atlaklar ya da sert b\u00f6lgeler yap\u0131sal dayan\u0131m\u0131 etkileyebilir.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Korozyon direnci de\u011ferlendirmesi<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">17-4 PH paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fi, %17 krom i\u00e7eri\u011fi sayesinde tipik paslanmaz \u00f6zellik g\u00f6sterir. Deniz suyu kadar agresif olmayan, end\u00fcstriyel nemli ortamlar, hafif asidik \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler ve tuz spreyi testlerinde (ASTM B117) ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar verir. 304 paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fe g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek mekanik performans sa\u011flarken, korozyon direnci a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6stenitik s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n biraz gerisindedir.
