Avrupa\u2019da ise DIN 1.4545 veya X5CrNiCuNb16-5 \u015feklinde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 mevcuttur. Bu isim \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn farkl\u0131 tedarik zincirlerinde yer bulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 projelere entegrasyonunu kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Uygulama alanlar\u0131 ve M\u00fchendislik Avantajlar\u0131<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">15-5 PH paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fi, \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek mukavemetin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iyi korozyon direnci ve tokluk gerektiren uygulamalar i\u00e7in tercih edilir. Bu \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde u\u00e7ak yap\u0131sal par\u00e7alar\u0131nda, rotor \u015faftlar\u0131nda, pervane millerinde, g\u00f6vde ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131nda yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. U\u00e7aklar\u0131n g\u00f6vde ve ini\u015f sistemlerinde hem mekanik y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yacak hem de d\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131n korozyon etkilerine maruz kalacak par\u00e7alarda ideal bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Savunma sanayii, 15-5 PH ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 f\u00fcze sistemleri, top montajlar\u0131, z\u0131rh ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131 ve sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131nda kullanmaktad\u0131r. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ise t\u00fcrbin milleri, pompa mil yataklar\u0131, vana par\u00e7alar\u0131 gibi a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve dinamik y\u00fcklere maruz kalan uygulamalarda g\u00f6rev yapar. Petrokimya end\u00fcstrisinde, orta seviyede klor i\u00e7eren ortamlarda kullan\u0131lan pompa ve conta bile\u015fenleri gibi par\u00e7alar i\u00e7in uygundur. Otomotivde ise y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 motor par\u00e7alar\u0131 ve ba\u011flant\u0131 sistemlerinde tercih edilir.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>\u00dcretim Avantajlar\u0131 ve \u0130\u015flenebilirlik<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">15-5 PH paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011finin bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131, hem kaynaklanabilir hem de i\u015flenebilir olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle vakum ergitme (ESR veya VAR) ile \u00fcretilmi\u015f olan kalite seviyelerinde, i\u00e7 yap\u0131 homojenli\u011fi sayesinde kaynak sonras\u0131 mikroyap\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi minimum seviyededir. \u00c7\u00f6zme tavlamas\u0131 sonras\u0131 uygulanan ya\u015fland\u0131rma i\u015flemi ile par\u00e7alar istenen sertlik ve mukavemete ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem sonras\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131n boyutsal stabilitesi olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir, bu da dar toleransl\u0131 \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini destekler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u0130\u015flenebilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 15-5 PH, ya\u015fland\u0131rma \u00f6ncesinde olduk\u00e7a iyi tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat performans\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Tatl\u0131 su, nemli atmosferler, hafif asidik ortamlar ve end\u00fcstriyel buhar gibi ortamlarda uzun s\u00fcreli performans sa\u011flar. 17-4 PH ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kaynak b\u00f6lgelerinde daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck delta ferrit olu\u015fumu ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla daha iyi kaynak sonras\u0131 korozyon direnci g\u00f6sterir. Bununla birlikte, agresif deniz ortamlar\u0131nda ve y\u00fcksek klor i\u00e7eren kimyasal ortamlarda, s\u00fcper \u00f6stenitik veya dupleks paslanmaz \u00e7eliklere k\u0131yasla s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 olabilir.
