Duplex \u00e7elikler, hem <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ferritic_stainless_steel\">ferritik <\/a>hem de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defencemetal.com\/index.php\/ostenitik-celikler\/\">austenitik<\/a> yap\u0131lar\u0131 birle\u015ftirerek, her iki faz\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini bir arada sunar. Bu \u00e7elik t\u00fcr\u00fc, \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek korozyon direnci, y\u00fcksek mekanik dayan\u0131m ve m\u00fckemmel kaynaklanabilirlik gibi \u00f6zellikleri ile dikkat \u00e7eker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOROZYON DAYANIMI:<\/strong>\u00a0M\u00fckemmel derecede iyi bir korozyon direnci olan bu s\u00fcper dubleks paslanmaz \u00e7elik kalitesi, en zor ko\u015fullarda bile iyi bir korozyon ve mekanik dirence sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAYNAK YAPILAB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130K:\u00a0<\/strong>Kaynak yapmak t\u00fcm dubleks malzemelere zor oldu\u011fu gibi, bu s\u00fcper dubleks malzemeye de zordur ve yo\u011fun kaynak yap\u0131lacak yerlerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015eLENEB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130K:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu malzemenin i\u015flenebilmesi \u00e7ok kolay de\u011fildir. Avrupa men\u015feli malzemeleri her ne kadar benzerlerine oranla daha iyi i\u015flense de, bu malzemenin i\u015flenebilmesi olduk\u00e7a zordur. Normal dubleks paslanmazlar\u0131n (1.4362 veya 1.4462 gibi) yetmedi\u011fi yerlerde, daha iyi korozyon direnci istenen petrol rafinerileri gibi yerlerde olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Petrol platformlar\u0131, kimyasal \u00fcretim tesisleri, \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiricileri, y\u00fcksek korozyon ve a\u015f\u0131nma olan yerlerde, elektrik \u00fcretim tesislerinde, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek korozyon direnci istenen civatalarda olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu kalite s\u00fcper dubleks en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan s\u00fcper dubleks kalite malzeme cinsidir.
