Asit miktar\u0131 mevcut bulunan s\u0131cak ortamlarda, malzemenin i\u00e7 yap\u0131s\u0131nda k\u0131lcal \u00e7atlak ve \u00e7ukur olu\u015fturmas\u0131, s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 60\u00b0C\u2019nin \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gerilimden kaynaklanan yar\u0131klar olu\u015fmas\u0131 muhtemeldir. Standart s\u0131cakl\u0131kta kullan\u0131m suyunda 200 mg\/L, 60\u00b0C\u2019nin \u00fczerinde 150 mg\/L mevcut klora dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISI DAYANIMI:<\/strong>\u00a01.4301 (304) aral\u0131kl\u0131 870\u00b0C\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kan, s\u00fcrekli olarak 925\u00b0C \u0131s\u0131 olan ortamlarda iyi oksidasyon dayan\u0131m\u0131na sahiptir. Ancak ortam sulu ise ve 425-860\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131k mevcut ise korozyon dayan\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fer. 304L\u2019nin ise karbonu(C) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan bu ortamlarda karb\u00fcr \u00e7\u00f6kelmesi olu\u015fmaz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAYNAK YAPILAB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130K:<\/strong>\u00a0B\u00fct\u00fcn kaynak metodlar\u0131nda m\u00fckemmel kabiliyet g\u00f6sterir, \u00f6rne\u011fin; elektrod, gazalt\u0131 veya tel vs. 304\u2019e en uygun elektrod veya tel kalitesi 308, 304L\u2019nin de 308L\u2019dir. 304 kalite ince kesitlere kaynak uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kaynak ertesi tavlama gerektirmez, ancak kal\u0131n kesitlerde mutlaka uygulanmas\u0131 gerekir. 304L\u2019nin ise kal\u0131n kesitlerde de kaynak sonras\u0131 tavlama i\u015flemine gerek duyulmaz (\u00f6rn. 6mm ve \u00fczeri kal\u0131nl\u0131klarda)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015eLENEB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130K:\u00a0<\/strong>1.4301 (304) kalite d\u00fcnyada en s\u0131k ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc kullan\u0131lan paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fidir.
